App Competition Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Bellamianta, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this competition. Entrants must reside in a country where this sort of competition is legally permissible.
Entry Procedure: To enter the competition, participants must (a) submit their full name and email address via the form provided, (b) download the Bellamianta app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and (c) follow @bellamianta and @buzzoffatbumbleandbee on Instagram. Entries that do not comply with this procedure will be disqualified.
Entry Limit: Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.
Competition Period: All entries must be received by Bellamianta during the competition period. The competition period will be defined in the competition announcement.
Prizes: The prize for this competition includes two return flights to Ibiza, a 3 night hotel stay at 4* NYX hotel, and £500 worth of Bellamianta products. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The decision of Bellamianta is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize awarded.
Notification: The winner will be notified by email within a week of the closing date. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 14 days, Bellamianta reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Responsibility: Bellamianta is not responsible for any costs associated with entering the competition, including but not limited to, costs incurred downloading the app or following the Instagram accounts.
Publicity: Entry into this competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material related to the competition without any additional compensation.
Data Protection: By entering the competition, entrants consent to Bellamianta collecting and storing their personal information for the purpose of this competition. All personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law: This competition will be governed by the laws of the country in which Bellamianta operates, and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
Organizer: This competition is hosted by Bellamianta. Instagram is in no way associated with this competition and is not a sponsor, endorser, or administrator of this competition.
Please note: All participants must ensure they have valid passports and travel documents for the trip to Ibiza. Any additional costs, such as meals, transport, insurance, and other personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner. The travel dates are 5th – 8th October 2023, and the prize will be forfeited if the winner is not able to travel on the specified dates.
