Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your products arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will gladly exchange them or offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Please contact us before returning your item so we can assist you.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and always within 14 calendar days of receiving your returned items.
