Returns & Refunds

We hope that you love your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 calendar days from delivery.

If you have not received your order then please contact our returns department.
If the products you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the products or offer you a refund. Please contact us to arrange this.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of the day on which we received the returned products. We will refund you on the method used by you to pay.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we feel has been made using any fraudulent methods including hacks or vulnerabilities in our systems due to interference from outside parties.
