Teen Yoga & Skincare Workshop
Give your teenager the opportunity to relax, recharge, and build confidence in this wellbeing-focused workshop designed especially for teens.
The session, delivered by Limitless Youth Wellness, begins with gentle yoga and mindful movement to help release tension, followed by simple breathing techniques that can help manage stress and anxiety. Participants will also learn practical strategies to support emotional wellbeing, improve self-confidence, and regulate emotions in a way that's engaging, accessible, and age-appropriate.
We'll finish with a guided relaxation session, allowing everyone to fully unwind and leave feeling calmer and more grounded.
After the wellbeing workshop, there will be a fun and informative skincare demonstration, where teenagers will learn the basics of looking after their skin and creating healthy skincare habits.
